Clarendon Hills Real Estate
Most of the best villages which comprise the best of Chicago's western suburbs are small. That is what everyone likes about them. By comparison, Clarendon Hills is microscopic.
The entire town is serviced by two elementary schools (which are in the highly touted Hinsdale District 181, by the way). "Walk to" is a way of life. There's a gorgeous downtown business district and Metra train station (about 25 minutes into downtown Chicago). Clarendon Hills has become a bit of a restaurant row as there are three or four excellent restaurants which service the residents of the immediate area.
If you plan to drive through Clarendon Hills, bring your GPS navigation system as the scenic, winding streets take a while to learn. The town was planned by Olmsted, the same person who designed Central park in new York City.
If you get lost in Clarendon Hills, give me a call 630-468-2505 or send me an email. I know every street in the western suburbs well and I'm happy to help you find your way. On the other hand, you may like Clarendon Hills so much, you may not want to be found.
